Refund Policy
Last updated: March 16, 2026
Subscription Charges
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the billing cycle shown at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. If a plan includes a trial, the paid subscription starts automatically at the end of that trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Cancellation Timing
Canceling stops future renewals. Cancellation does not reverse a charge that has already been processed, and access to paid features remains available through the end of the current billing period unless we state otherwise.
Refund Requests
Charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or where we determine that a billing error, duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, or service failure justifies a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days of the charge date.
How to Request
Email support@faithcheckin.com with your account email, charge date, payment amount, and a short explanation of the issue. We review requests case by case and may request additional information before making a decision.
