Subscription fees are billed in advance for the billing cycle selected at checkout. You can cancel renewal at any time to stop future charges.

Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days of the charge date. We review requests case by case and may provide refunds where appropriate under applicable law.
